In the late hours of a September evening in Carthage, Mississippi, a domestic dispute escalated to a fatal conclusion, claiming the life of 65-year-old Lee Earl Kincaid. The male victim was shot and killed on September 6, 2021, following an altercation with a woman with whom he resided. The gravity of the event was compounded by the presence of three young children who were in the home at the time of the shooting.
