In the late afternoon of September 16, 2021, in Yazoo City, Mississippi, a chaotic and violent scene unfolded that tragically ended the life of 27-year-old Katrina Simpson. Simpson, a female resident of the city, was killed in an officer-involved shooting that also resulted in the death of a man identified as Timothy Grayson.
