In the quiet, rural landscape of Carrollton, Mississippi, the life of 63-year-old Arthur Ledell Skinner Sr. was brought to a tragic and violent end. On the morning of Friday, November 11, 2022, deputies from the Carroll County Sheriff's Department were called to a location just off Mississippi Highway 35, north of Teoc Road, following a report of a homicide.
