In the quiet city of Edmond, Oklahoma, the morning of August 20, 1986, was shattered by an act of violence that would leave a lasting scar on the community. On this day, Kenneth Wade Morey, a 49-year-old male rural carrier, was killed at his place of work, the Edmond Post Office.
