In the small community of Rose, Oklahoma, a young man's life was unexpectedly cut short. James Dalton Bristol, a 22-year-old, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 5, 2014. Born on September 24, 1992, in the nearby town of Pryor, James had built a life for himself in the area, working as a Core Room Supervisor for American Castings.
Known for his love of the outdoors, he found joy in camping, hunting, and fishing.
He was a man who enjoyed working with his hands, often spending his time improving his home and tinkering with his truck. His sudden passing left a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him, a life ended far too soon, leaving behind cherished memories for his family and friends to hold onto.
He was survived by his parents, Don and Dawn Clark of Rose, and his fiancée, Shay Thomas, also of Rose. He was a father to his daughter, Savanna Bristol of Siloam Springs, Arkansas. His family also included his brother, Jessie Clark and his wife Tracie of Owasso, and his sisters, Laura Pritchett and her husband J.R. of West Siloam Springs, Arkansas, Jordan Nicole Clark of Rose, and Lindsey Bremer and her husband Jess of Tulsa. He also left behind his maternal grandparents, Larry and Bobbie King of Pryor, his maternal great-grandmother, Lena Garland of Pryor, and his grandmother, Katie Clark of Muskogee, as well as a nephew, James Pritchett.
