In the early morning hours of December 3, 2016, a grim discovery was made at the intersection of Kern and Kiowa Streets in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Twenty-seven-year-old Mikail Parker was found deceased in his Chevrolet Trailblazer, the victim of a fatal shooting. The scene suggested a violent encounter; a window of the vehicle was shattered, and both the keys and Parker's cell phone were missing.
