In the winter of 2017, the life of Georgio Latorris Harris, a 27-year-old Black male from Oklahoma City, was tragically cut short. On the evening of January 28th, Harris was in the parking lot of an apartment complex located in the 7000 block of S. Walker Avenue when he was shot. In the immediate aftermath, he was rushed to a local hospital in a private vehicle, clinging to life.
