In the summer of 2018, a life was abruptly cut short in Lawton, Oklahoma. On the afternoon of July 28th, 30-year-old Luis Solis, a male resident of the city, became the victim of a fatal shooting. The incident, which took place in the parking lot of an apartment complex, was the culmination of a heated altercation that escalated to deadly violence.
