In a tragic turn of events on a Monday morning in Duncan, Oklahoma, Rebecca Noel Vescio-Varela, a 31-year-old female, lost her life in a violent encounter. The incident, which unfolded in the parking lot of a local Walmart on November 18, 2019, also claimed the life of 39-year-old Aubrey Perkins.
