Tommy Spurlock Jr., a 59-year-old White male from Wagoner, Oklahoma, died on July 26, 2021, after deputies found him inside a Rocky Point residence with a fatal gunshot wound to the chest. First responders attempted lifesaving measures, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Earlier that day, his 29-year-old daughter, Sabrina L. Spurlock, had been booked into the Mayes County jail for public intoxication and released that afternoon. Investigators believe she went to her father’s home ...
