In the small community of Boscobel, Wisconsin, a tragedy unfolded that left family and friends mourning the loss of a beloved young boy. Twelve-year-old Briar Jack Brown, a White/Caucasian male, passed away on February 12, 2014, at the American Family Children's Hospital in Madison.
