In the late hours of a September evening in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the life of Stacey J. Strange, a 42-year-old Caucasian female, came to a tragic and violent end. On Sunday, September 20, 2015, what began as a domestic dispute escalated into a fatal encounter, leaving a family and community in mourning.
