In the autumn of 2019, the life of Peggy Jean Carpenter, a 46-year-old Caucasian female from Oshkosh, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short. On October 10, 2019, she was found deceased in a residence in Oshkosh. The circumstances of her death were soon clarified by law enforcement, who investigated the incident.
