In the small community of Minong, Wisconsin, Charles Kroeze, a 45-year-old Caucasian male, was a familiar and friendly face. Known for his fun-loving nature and readiness to lend a hand, his presence could light up a room. An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in nature and cherished the time he spent with his daughter, Hannah. His life, however, came to a sudden and tragic end on November 21, 2015.
