Jenny Dawn Ward, a 36-year-old Caucasian female, had her life tragically cut short on July 30, 2016, in a violent encounter in her Eau Claire, Wisconsin, home. In the early morning hours, her neighbor, Shane Helmbrecht, broke into her residence and fatally shot her.
