Guled Abdulkadir Hirsi, a 20-year-old resident of Green Bay, Wisconsin, tragically lost his life on September 11, 2016, as a result of a fatal shooting. The incident occurred in an apartment complex located on Cherry Street. According to reports, the shooting was linked to a dispute over a heroin deal. Green Bay Police Chief Andrew Smith stated that the altercation was related to low-level narcotics dealings, a common factor in such violent incidents.
