In the late hours of a Wednesday night in September 2016, a chain of events began that would ultimately lead to the tragic death of Richard M. Flynn, a 42-year-old Caucasian male. Flynn had been out for drinks with Trina Kusters, the wife of Mark Kusters, and a neighbor.
