On a tragic spring day in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin, the life of a young White/Caucasian boy, 3-year-old Devon James Bohn, was cut short. On April 27, 2016, Devon, along with his 5-year-old sister Paige Elise Bohn, was found deceased in their home.
