In the spring of 2018, the life of a bright and promising 21-year-old woman from Waukesha, Wisconsin, was tragically cut short. Shannon Mani, a student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with aspirations of becoming a dentist, was reported missing by her concerned family on Friday, April 13th. The alarm was raised when she uncharacteristically failed to pick up her younger brother from school and did not show up for her job.
