In April of 2018, the life of a young Hispanic mother of two named Jessica I. Rodriguez was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The 23-year-old female, originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico, was found deceased on April 16th in an alley near the 1200 block of W.
