In the early morning hours of July 12, 2018, a fatal encounter unfolded outside a tavern in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, claiming the life of 29-year-old Alain Lovaco Viniegra, a Hispanic male. The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 a.m. in the 1600 block of West Grant Street. Lovaco Viniegra, a recognized muralist in the Milwaukee arts community, was involved in an argument with two other men.
The dispute escalated tragically when one of the men produced a firearm and shot Lovaco Viniegra.
