On a summer day in 2018, the life of 19-year-old Noah Ivan Garrett of Stoughton, Wisconsin, a White male, came to a tragic end. On August 18th, Garrett was at a gun range in Darlington, located in Lafayette County. It was there that he sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
