On a cold January evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of Marko D. Stennis, a 37-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short. On January 20, 2020, Stennis, accompanied by his wife, drove to the 3800 block of North 24th Place with the understanding that he would be collecting money that was owed to him. His wife, seated in the passenger seat of their vehicle, was a witness to the events that would unfold with devastating consequences.
