Nyah Chatman, a 25-year-old woman from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, tragically lost her life on February 8, 2020. Nyah was fatally shot in a double shooting incident near North 20th and West Wright streets. The incident occurred early in the morning, around 4 a.m., when police responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they found Nyah and another woman, aged 36, who had sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Despite efforts to save her, Nyah succumbed to a gunshot wound to the chest at the scene.
