In the Concordia neighborhood of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, a young man's life was abruptly and violently ended on April 23, 2020. Pedro Millan, a 19-year-old Hispanic male, was the victim of a fatal shooting that transpired on the 1000 block of North 29th Street. On that day, police responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Millan with multiple gunshot wounds; five spent casings were found near his body.
