In the summer of 2020, the life of a young Black/African American man, 22-year-old Josiah Rochon Davion Wallace, was cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. On June 15, 2020, Wallace was fatally shot in what authorities have described as a confrontation that escalated into deadly violence.
