Delquan Piggat, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 16, 2018, in Miami, FL. The incident occurred in the Overtown neighborhood, where Piggat and his girlfriend were walking along Northwest Seventh Avenue. Suddenly, someone from inside a vehicle opened fire in a brazen drive-by shooting. Both victims were struck by gunfire, and Piggat was critically injured.
