In the summer of 2020, a bright and loving 11-year-old girl named Anisa Scott was tragically caught in the crossfire of a violent act that ended her life. On the morning of August 11th in Madison, Wisconsin, Anisa was a passenger in a car, simply riding along, when another vehicle targeted the driver. A hail of bullets erupted between the two cars, and one stray bullet struck the young girl in the head.
