In the early morning hours of October 3, 2020, the life of 14-year-old NeQuesia Terrell, a Black female, was tragically cut short in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was a passenger in a car with friends at approximately 2 a.m. when multiple gunshots were fired. One of the bullets struck NeQuesia, leading to her fatal injury.

Following the shooting, her family and friends gathered to mourn their loss and seek justice for the young girl, who was a student at Milwaukee High School of the Arts. The ...
