On a Saturday evening in November 2021, the lives of two young people were tragically cut short in a double homicide in Milwaukee. The incident claimed the life of Alexis Tyler, a 24-year-old Black female, and Mario J. Walls, a 29-year-old man. The shooting occurred on November 20, 2021, in the backyard of a residence located in the 2800 block of North 21st Street.
