On a summer day in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 66-year-old Roberta Haynes, a Black female, found her life tragically cut short. On June 23, 2022, Haynes was near the intersection of Palmer and Chambers when a gunfight erupted. She was not the intended target but became an innocent victim caught in the deadly crossfire. A single gunshot wound struck her, and though she was rushed to a hospital, she ultimately succumbed to her injury.
