On a late summer evening in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the life of 43-year-old Tyresha Devine, a Black / African American female, was tragically cut short. On Saturday, August 13, 2022, at approximately 10:34 p.m., gunfire erupted in the Harambee neighborhood, marking a devastating event for the community.
