In the early morning hours of Thursday, February 2, 2012, a grim discovery was made in Phoenix, Arizona. The body of a male, identified as Alton Eugene Oakland Jr., was found inside a dumpster located at 4802 N. 15th Avenue. The case was quickly determined by detectives to be a homicide.
