In the early morning hours of July 5, 1998, a scene of terror unfolded at the Trang Dai Cafe in Tacoma, Washington, forever altering the lives of those present. Among the victims of this violent outburst was a 21-year-old Asian woman named Tuyen Vo, who was working as a waitress at the establishment. The festive atmosphere of the karaoke bar was shattered when three masked gunmen stormed in, indiscriminately opening fire on the patrons.
