In the early morning hours of July 5, 1998, a popular karaoke bar in Tacoma, Washington's Lincoln District became the scene of a horrific massacre. Tuong Hung Do, a 33-year-old Asian man, was among the patrons at the Trang Dai Cafe when violence erupted shortly after 1:30 a.m. Three masked gunmen entered the establishment and opened fire indiscriminately, turning a place of leisure into a scene of chaos and bloodshed.
