In the early hours of February 4, 2014, the life of 21-year-old Craig C. Moritz Jr. was tragically cut short in Vancouver, Washington. His body was discovered in a field near Vancouver Mall just before 3 a.m. by police responding to a call about a man who was not breathing. The death of the male victim was immediately considered suspicious, prompting an investigation by the Vancouver Police Major Crimes Team.
