In the late hours of May 26, 2015, the life of 17-year-old Ceasar Medina, a male, was tragically cut short in Spokane, Washington. He was at Northwest Accessories, a local head shop, when two men forcibly entered the establishment in what appeared to be an attempted robbery. During the confrontation, one of the employees threw a wine bottle at the intruders. In the ensuing chaos, one of the assailants opened fire, striking Medina in the neck and chest.
