In the quiet suburban city of Kirkland, Washington, the life of 29-year-old Hispanic male Francisco Mendoza was brought to a violent end on the evening of May 7, 2016. He has known ties to Southern California and was reportedly last seen in the Palm Desert area in September 2016.
