In the winter of 2017, the life of 19-year-old Cody Duk Woo Moore came to a tragic end in Vancouver, Washington. On the evening of December 21st, events unfolded at the Bridge Creek Apartments that concluded a multi-state manhunt. Law enforcement had tracked Cody, a male, and his associate, 23-year-old Jacob "Jay" Timothy Richter-Shea, to a second-story apartment at the complex.
