On an autumn afternoon in Lakewood, Washington, the life of 18-year-old Rodney Chandler, a Black male, was cut short by a fatal gunshot wound. The events of October 24, 2018, unfolded at a residence on Meadow Road, where an argument between friends escalated into a tragedy.
