On a cold February evening in Auburn, Washington, the life of 18-year-old Haggai Sekesa was tragically cut short. On February 10, 2019, police responded to a 911 call and discovered the young man deceased in his vehicle in the 5500 block of Kersey Way Southeast. An investigation by the King County Medical Examiner's Office would later confirm that Haggai, a male, had died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
