On a summer afternoon in Kent, Washington, on July 17, 2019, a heated argument outside the Valli Kee Apartments tragically escalated, ending the life of 33-year-old Ciaira Belka. A female, Ciaira was a mother and an employee at Stafford Healthcare who had deep roots in the Seattle area, having attended West Auburn High School.
