In the quiet neighborhood of West Bruneau Place in Kennewick, Washington, the evening of February 22, 2020, was shattered by violence that would claim the life of 21-year-old Patrick Steven Romero. A White / Caucasian male, Romero was at his grandmother's apartment with his 16-year-old sister and two younger friends when a car carrying five teenagers drove by.
