On a Tuesday morning in Tacoma, Washington, on December 1, 2020, the life of 32-year-old Joshua Moore-Hughes was tragically cut short. The events unfolded inside a motel room in the 8800 block of South Hosmer Street, where a gathering of several people would take a fatal turn. A disturbance was reported at approximately 9:50 a.m., and while police were responding, a gunshot rang out.
