In the winter of 2021, the life of Christopher Bell, a 37-year-old Caucasian male, was cut short in a violent encounter near Waitts Lake in Stevens County, Washington. On the second day of February, what began as a reunion between old friends descended into a fatal confrontation. Bell had recently reconnected with a man he had known for years, Ryan F.
