In the early morning hours of July 25, 2021, a night out in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood turned tragic, ending the life of Ilalio Ika Ngauamo, a 26-year-old man from Enumclaw, Washington. Known affectionately as "Lio" to his friends and family, he was remembered as a devoted father to his young daughter and the true definition of a family man, always protective of his loved ones and sharing his smile with everyone.
