On the late evening of May 16, 2022, a tragic series of events unfolded in the Orchards area of Vancouver, Washington, culminating in the death of 27-year-old Hispanic male, Ramon Izazaga Magaña. The Clark County Medical Examiner's Office would later confirm that Magaña died from a gunshot wound to the chest, ruling his death a homicide.
