On the evening of November 23, 2022, a 36-year-old Hispanic male from Grandview, Washington, Armando Jimenez Cruz, was found deceased in the driver's seat of his car. The vehicle had crashed near the intersection of Old Prosser Road and Mountainview Road, just south of Grandview. Initially, the scene appeared to be a fatal car accident.
