Stephen Laird "Steve" Craven, aged 38, tragically died on July 12, 2000, in Edgewood, Kenton County, Kentucky. His death was the result of a brutal murder that shocked the local community. Stephen was found dead in the basement of his home, lying face down in a pool of blood. He had been bludgeoned with a blunt object approximately twelve times and then shot in the head three times with a .38-caliber handgun.
