On a Tuesday in Barbourville, Kentucky, the community was shaken by the discovery of a young man's untimely death. Twenty-three-year-old Ford Collins was found deceased in his apartment on February 23, 2021. The initial investigation by the Barbourville Police Department, with the assistance of the Knox County Coroner, pointed towards a homicide, and Kentucky State Police were called in to lead the investigation.
